Women's Creative Circle ♡︎ Art Therapy Group Series
Welcome to our new Art Therapy Group Series, made for women as a gentle way to slow down and embrace the power of the pause as you dip into holistic practises to help you regulate your body and mind.
The 5~Session Series has been designed to weave into one another for richness and depth as each theme take us inward on a brilliant journey. By unlocking self-expression, promoting emotional healing, cultivating mindfulness, and integrating mind, body, and spirit, art therapy provides a powerful tool for achieving holistic wellness. Whether you're an artist or a novice, the creative process in art therapy can open doors to new possibilities and a deeper connection with oneself.
Each month we gather as a community at the studio to explore a particular theme to go into “the self.’ In-between sessions you have an opportunity (by choice) to take away some self study exercisies, to work on at home to create more awareness and understanding of self.

WHAT IS ART THERAPY?
Art therapy provides a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to express themselves freely through various artistic mediums. It allows them to channel their emotions, thoughts, and experiences in ways that words alone may not capture.
Art therapy also encourages mindfulness and relaxation, inspiring people to be present in the moment and focus their attention on the creative process. It helps reduce stress and promote relaxation in a way that is grounding and fosters a sense of calmness and tranquility.
Holistic healing and wellness involve the integration of mind, body, and spirit; and art therapy recognises this interconnectedness. Through the creative process during art therapy, individuals engage in a holistic approach to their healing, so they can find balance within themselves.

Joanne is a qualified and trained Transpersonal Art Therapist, Holistic Counseller and Reiki Practitioner with over 15 years of experience working with Womens Holistic Wellness, Trauma and Mental Health. Joanne uses a range Art-Therapy Modalities, including embodied & somatic movement, trauma Informed yoga, mindfulness and living values practices as a tool to empower and offer life-enhancing tools to create self-awareness and growth.

1950 kr for the whole series of 5 sessions
If you cannot make a session due to sickness, you will be able to catch up with the notes from the session and you can take a call from Joanne to take you into the theme.
