Hatha Yoga for Beginners, Sundays (Eng) VT25 - round 2
Curious about yoga? During this course we go through basic poses and breathing exercises as well as some history, theory & philosophy. This course is suitable for those who are completely new and have never tried it or maybe tried it a few times or want to rehearse and proceed a little more slower.
