Hatha Yoga for Beginners, Sundays (Eng) VT25 - round 1

Curious about yoga? During this course we go through basic poses and breathing exercises as well as some history, theory & philosophy. This course is suitable for those who are completely new and have never tried it or maybe tried it a few times or want to rehearse and proceed a little more slower.

Time: Sundays 15:30 - 16:30

Dates: Jan 19th - Feb 16th - 5 occasions
